I will send my “Get to Know You Questionnaire.” Answering these questions can make for a fun date night for you and your fiancé, and it helps me get to know you better before
your elopement. This can also be a great keepsake for the future!
The big day has finally come! On the day of your elopement, all you have to do is bask in the love
and exhilaration. I’ll handle the rest! I will have a copy of the portrait schedule, copy of your
permit, luxury picnic and my trusty cameras!
You get to relive the day!
Within a week of your elopement I will send you a few sneak peeks; and 2-3 weeks later you’ll
receive your fully edited gallery. You will be able to download and instantly share the gallery with
friends and family. You will also receive a custom wood engraved USB drive with all of your
beautifully edited images.

location ideas, best lighting, permit and weather considerations. We'll construct a schedule for your day and a tailored photo route focused on Yosemite's iconic viewpoints

Once you've decided on a collection that suits your needs I'll send over my contract. Once the
documents are signed you can pay your retainer, and we can get the planning started!

Once you become my client, you will receive the fun “get to know you” (GTKY) This allows me to get to know you better (which makes for better photos) and it also makes for a great keepsake. I highly recommend you save it for a fun date night activity!

The planning process is pretty simple. During our phone meeting, I will ask you to share your Pinterest board to learn more about your style. Your dress style and floral ideas will be my main focus. I will ask you to narrow down your floral ideas to 3 photos on your Pinterest board, and from there I will work with my favorite floral designer to create a beautiful, fresh bouquet & boutonniere.
On the big day, I will pick your bouquet and boutonniere the morning of your elopement to ensure freshness. The elopement cake will also be picked up in the morning and stored in a cooler during transportation. As of now, we are offering white buttercream frosting with lemon and vanilla filling. If you have questions about the cake, you can always ask during our phone call! You will have a choice to add matching floral to the cake or you can provide your own cake topper. I will provide everything you need to make your day run smoothly, down to cutlery, napkins, and wet wipes in case you decide to get messy and have a little fun while feeding each other! Just because you’re eloping doesn’t mean you have to miss out on fun traditions like smashing cake into your new husband/wife’s face!

I’ll be your from start to finish. Just call me your certified Yosemite guru! All of those questions you have I have answers to. I’ll listen to your ideas and dreams and then help you form an elopement plan that’s better than you could have even imagined!

No. I cull through all the images of the day and select the very best. I then edit the images to ensure
they perfectly represent your big day!
DO YOU DELIVER EVERY IMAGE FROM OUR SHOOT?
On average 2-3 weeks :)
At the most 4 weeks during my busiest season.
how long will it take to get our photos delivered?
Make contact either by email or phone. I will then set up a contract. You will be able to sign
electronically. Once that is done you will have an option to pay the retainer of $500 through various methods. I will then get an automatic email and that’s it! Your date is SAVED! It can all be done within an hour.
How do I RESERVE my date with you?
This is a difficult question to answer. It really depends on how much ground you want to cover in Yosemite, how many guests you will have and the type of event you’re planning.
On average: Elopements are 3-4 hours, micro wedding are 5 hours, full wedding days are 8 hours. I can also create a custom collection that fits your needs. Last, you are welcomed to add additional hours to any collections.
how many hours should we set aside for wedding photos?
Yes, once we have talked and the contract has been sent, I will tentatively hold your date for 5
business days. If you need more time just let me know.
Do you allow for a grace period after sending the contract?
Yes!! I can give you options for any type of venue, big or small. I know of several locations that provide more privacy but are still considered a permitted location within Yosemite National Park. I also have location ideas depending on the time of year. Once you book with me, I’ll give you all of my secrets!
Can you suggestion ceremony locations?
My home is based between Bass Lake and Oakhurst California. I am about 20 mins to the Southern Yosemite Gate.
I know you travel, but where is your home base?
This really depends on collections your select/number of hours booked with me and how many guests you have attending (if any) and cultural events taking place. On average I deliver 200-300 images for elopement bookings and 400-500 images for full-day bookings. All the images come fully edited and ready for you to print and share online!
